Welcome to Kinect App Services. By registering a Kinect account, logging into the application, or accessing and using any functional services provided by the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms of this User Service Agreement and the corresponding Privacy Policy, and undertake to abide by all service rules formulated by the Platform. If you disagree with any clause in this Agreement, please immediately stop registering, logging in, or using this App Service.
To guarantee platform service security and comply with relevant laws and regulations, this App Service is only available to users aged 18 and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority and possess full civil capacity are eligible to register an account and use the social, matching and interactive functions offered by the Platform. No individual under the age of 18 may register for, access, or use Kinect Services.
While using Kinect Services, users shall comply with applicable laws, regulations and platform management rules. You must not use this App to engage in any illegal, non-compliant or rights-infringing acts, including but not limited to the following conduct:

Certain functions, value-added services and exclusive benefits of Kinect can only be obtained through membership subscriptions or in-app purchases. Users may independently choose whether to purchase such services based on personal needs.
For subscription-based services:
All payment procedures are processed through the official Google Play Billing system. Kinect will not collect, store or process users’ sensitive payment data including bank card details, payment passwords and payment verification codes. You may view, manage or cancel subscribed services at any time via your personal Google Play account settings page.
The following elements of the Kinect App are owned by Kinect or legally licensed for use, and protected by applicable intellectual property laws:
Without prior written consent from the Platform, no individual or organization may engage in any of the following acts concerning the above content: Copying, modification, web scraping, publication, commercial use, or unauthorized distribution.
Users retain all intellectual property rights to original content uploaded and published on the Kinect Platform. To facilitate the provision of platform services, you grant Kinect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, technically process and maintain your user-generated content for operational purposes.
Kinect strives to provide users with a stable and secure online social environment. The Platform only provides technical services and communication tools and does not participate in private interpersonal relationships between users.
All activities you conduct on the Platform, including chatting, social interaction, content posting, offline contact and in-person meetings, are your independent acts for which you bear full responsibility. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account security and personal privacy information. The Platform shall not be held liable for any security risks, financial losses, disputes or other adverse consequences arising from your voluntary offline activities, private communications or personal decisions.
To protect platform security and user interests, Kinect reserves the right to take necessary disciplinary measures if you engage in any of the following conduct:
Based on the severity of violations, the Platform may impose the following sanctions: Restricting partial features, suspending account access, deleting relevant content, permanently banning accounts, or revoking service eligibility.
The Platform shall not bear any additional compensation liability for account restrictions or service termination resulting from user violations.
Kinect is a social platform designed exclusively for adult users. Users under 18 are prohibited from registering or accessing platform features. We continuously optimize minor protection measures in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Google’s child safety requirements. If minor accounts or related violations are identified, the Platform will implement necessary measures including access restriction, account closure and deletion of associated personal information.

The execution, interpretation of this Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements of the region where Kinect services are provided. If any dispute arises between you and the Platform, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation.
