1. Child Safety Protection Statement

Kinect attaches great importance to the online safety protection of children and minors, and strictly complies with applicable laws, regulations and Google Play’s relevant requirements on child safety protection.

Kinect is a social matching platform exclusively for adult users. Only users aged 18 and above are permitted to register and use our services.

We explicitly prohibit all minors from accessing the platform, creating accounts, or using any social, chat, matching and interactive functions provided by Kinect.

The platform consistently adheres to the principle of protecting children’s rights and preventing harm to minors. We implement necessary technical and administrative measures to reduce risks of minors accessing inappropriate content and suffering online harm.

• Requesting inappropriate material from minors via chat, images, videos or other forms;
• Using platform features to seek contact with or harm minors;
• Posting any information that encourages, endorses or glorifies acts of harm against children.

Once any violation of child safety policies is confirmed, the platform will immediately implement corresponding disposal measures.
